The most compelling sign that he's better, though is that I just made risotto for the first time. Zucchini and parmesan with a little lemon and rosemary and some sauteed mushrooms stirred in. I have seen the light and I am making risotto often. Okay, probably not that often since it requires attention, but since I love starch why haven't I made it before.
