Getting a handle on muffins

Although I'd have to make the handle edible, har har har. Anyway, I just bake thirty very good whatever-is-in-the-fridge muffins as a breakfast solution. I think I'm learning the ratio of sugar/flour/oil, and what the muffin batter should look like. This is the way I prefer to bake, obviously. Today's batch had leftover oatmeal, pureed dates, and granola in them. Oh, and some pureed pumpkin.

They're amazing. I've eaten four so far.
