We had chicken and fries from Swiss Chalet for dinner, and I have two full containers of fries left over. I am not going to toss them, because that is wasteful and surely I can come up with something to do with them. My current thought is to make the scrambled egg/cheese/garlic/fired bread thing I make that I think I stole from Jamie at Light and Momentary. In hers you fry bread cubes in a lot of butter, and then add eggs and scramble them. Also good with sauteed cubes of zucchini added. Also good with garlic and cheese. I figure adding shopped fries and sauteing them with the bread and zucchini will be good.
Sort of scrambled hashbrowns with cheese and zucchini. Can't be too bad.
