Me and Cynthia and Geoff and sixty pounds of red peppers. It takes about two hours to cut up two bushels of peppers, and then you have a freezer full of delicious for the coming winter. Below is a video of the girls insistently helping Cynthia with the half-bushel of tomatoes she's cutting up to can. I was watching her, and the process doesn't look too intimidating. Maybe next year I'll branch out and start canning.
